This Privacy Policy explains how Scott Noorda, DO, PLLC dba Resolve Medical and Your Own Healthy, LLC (collectively, “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collect, use, and protect your information when you visit or interact with our websites and programs, including but not limited to:

  • resolvemedical.us (Resolve Medical)

  • brainliftprogram.com (Brainlift)

  • Thrive365 Longevity Community and other program portals

  • Any subdomains, landing pages, or related platforms we operate (including Xperiencify, ActiveCampaign, Stripe, and Fullscript integrations).

  • For Resolve Medical clinic patients: some health information collected through our medical records and patient portal is governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Those HIPAA rights are described in a separate Notice of Privacy Practices provided at or before your first appointment.

  • For Thrive365, Brainlift, and other educational or community programs: information you provide is not protected by HIPAA and is instead handled under this Privacy Policy.

  • Payment information (processed securely via third-party vendors such as Stripe; we do not store full credit card numbers)
