Dr. Noorda, together with his wife Amy, co-authored Power Couple Habits, a guide to enhancing brain power, energy, and longevity. The book outlines effective strategies for developing habits in five key areas: nutrition, sleep, stress management, purpose, and relationships.

Dr. Noorda is not only a compassionate physician but also a devoted family man committed to making a meaningful impact in his community.
